The Marketing, Brand and Communications department works alongside the Business Units and Sales leadership. Focusing on developing thought-leadership, campaigns, events, paid and earned media that can build awareness, and influence revenue. It sets strategies, goals and handles all execution, from beginning to end, and creates customer experiences that turn into sales conversions, across the region.
About The Role
Reporting to the Function Department Head for the Marketing, Brand and Communications Department, this is an exciting opportunity for a very experienced B2B Marketer to make an impact and build a career inside one of asia’s most appealing cybersecurity companies.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner our Business Units’ and Sales leadership, to be responsible for defining, developing and executing the marketing plans for Ensign. More specifically you will deliver pipeline generation activities, against quarterly budgets,
Your day to day
- Define, communicate and roll-out marketing plans for the Ensign markets based on market maturity and right marketing mix. These can comprise events and solution seminars for suite of Cybersecurity solutions, focusing on acquisition, conversion and retention
- Leverage Marketing and Sales systems and databases to your projects’ full advantage. This could include developing analysis of customer profiles to develop targeted marketing activities, and/or cross-sell/up-sell as well as competitive take-out marketing programs to expand our footprint
- Develop sales assets such as collaterals, together with the Creative Department
- Benchmarking and Analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation and future enhancements
- Provide quarterly regional business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns run in region
- Develop a clear understanding of the latest ICT trends, B2B market needs and competitive offerings in the market.
Desired Qualifications /Attributes
- Confident Communicator. Self-starter and autonomous.
- Ability to manage programmes and projects from end-to-end, management of expenses and keep within budget. As well as various other duties, projects and responsibilities that may fall under this role as and when needed.
- High attention to detail, process oriented
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge and industry experience in marketing B2B Infocommunications technology products is preferred. Prior marketing experience in cybersecurity field is a plus
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing with at least 3-5 years relevant functional experience
- Keen sense of technology developments and market trends
- Strong written, verbal, communications and presentation skills
- Proactive with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide insights to customer trends, market needs and possible packages to address gaps identified
- Resourceful in acquiring customer or product knowledge and market information. Able to network with partners, IT vendors and customers to establish Ensign’s image as a preferred MSSP partner
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Field Marketing, together with broad knowledge of how digital marketing works - skills in using new media, online presence in marketing reach
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
