**The Opportunity
As a Principal Security Level Consultant, you'll be a key part of our growing Technical Security Consultant team. With access to dedicated lab facilities, ongoing training, and a wide variety of work, we offer an environment that fosters professional growth and development

**The Challenge
As a Principal Security Level Consultant, you'll engage in on-site client visits and remote engagements to conduct penetration security testing and risk mitigation for our esteemed clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading complex projects independently within the strategic framework
- Contributing to process and delivery improvement activities
- Supporting sales by offering technical guidance on scoping and proposals
- Acting as a trusted client advisor, managing issues and providing strategic advice to businesses, including C-suite level support

**Responsibilities**: Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Delivering technical tasks on engagements and ensuring high-quality technical solutions for clients
- Identifying, resolving, and documenting security incidents
- Providing guidance and mentoring to adjacent teams and team members
- Taking the lead on scoping and proposals as a technical expert
- Managing complex multi-divisional projects
- Managing and developing a team, if applicable
- Supporting sales efforts and maintaining client relationships
- Contributing to strategic advice for businesses, including C-suite level support

**Skills and Qualifications:
**Knowledge and Skillset**:

- Extensive consultancy experience, including engagement scoping and leading complex multi-divisional projects
- Technical management of accounts and sales support, including client relationship management
- Leadership and management of internal teams
- Advanced knowledge of core services and medium knowledge of technology domains
- Experience in complex tool development, vulnerabilities identification, and basic exploit development
- Opportunity identification and development
- Team player and leader with creative thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills

**Certifications:
Continuously developing professional qualifications, which may include certifications such as CREST - CCSAS or CORIE - Red Team Specialists

**Management Focus:
- Managing a team or involvement in recruitment and development of consultants

**Consultancy Focus**:

- Supporting sales on scoping and proposals, serving as a Trusted Client Advisor

**Technical Focus:
- Being an SME for multiple areas and finding new ways to work
