Singapore NATIONAL TRADES UNION CONGRESS Full time

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Social Policy, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Develop platforms for NTUC units to discuss and formulate positions for social or workplace related labour policies.
- Develop and review social and labour policies and lead policy research to support NTUC’s overall strategic outcomes and policy agenda.
- Assess and identify areas for strategic policy reviews, determine review scope and supervise the conduct of reviews.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for consultation and development of joint policy positions, including NTUC positions and messages at Parliament debates.
- Provide staff support for high level Ministerial visits to key NTUC units and unions and for NTUC’s involvement in various inter-ministerial taskforces.
- Foster greater policy-comms nexus to capture greater public mindshare of NTUC labour advocacies.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Political Science, or other related fields.
- A self-starter with keen interest to conduct policy and data analysis.
- Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to engage multiple stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills.
