**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**

Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their style and needs.
- Provide product recommendations and customization options.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

- Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Contribute ideas and assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and marketing events.

Operational & Administrative Support:

- Track sales performance and customer insights to optimize strategies.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for home furnishing, interior design, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
