**Job scope
The role entails three key fundamental areas:
**Client Management**
- Understand clients’ challenges or needs, and through a consultative process, recommend solutions that address them.
- Engage clients with empathy and be their trusted advisor/counsel.

**Solutions management**
- In a gist, this is about delivering quality data, interpretations, insights and presentations to our clients
- The delivery of our market research solutions must be practical, robust and applicable.
- Involve developing and designing solutions that addresses clients’ briefs or requirements
- Contribute to a process of continuous improvement and thought leaderships.

**People management**
- Managing small teams directly or indirectly, including influencing your peers and network.
- Creating and be part of a positive and genuine people-first work culture.

**Job requirements and expectations**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication market research, statistics and similar fields.
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people management (i.e. managing one or more individuals directly).
- Experience in quantitative research methodology is a must.
- Experience to qualitative research methodology as well as other data sources (e.g. social media and web) will be advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders as well as large crowd audiences.
- Strong believer in making a difference and driving positive impact on people, organisations, and the society.
- Possesses great soft skills and personality - approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative
