**Product Owner - Pre-Trade Compliance Check.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and delivery of the Pre-Trade Compliance check domain within the bank's Rule Engine.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritisation, and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for private banking clients.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise features and user stories and ensure alignment with business objective.
- Lead and drive user council / advisory forums, setting up constant user feedback loop to identify the right job to be done.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare user training material and support user training.
- Document and maintain rule dictionary.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in wealth management industry is a plus.
- Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business.
- Well versed in investment products and order process flows
- Business risk domain knowledge and mindset
- Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology
- Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred.
