Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to carry out MBO activities to meet department KPI in line with Business Plan and Division Objectives.
- Assist in process improvement for Yield, Quality and Productivity.
- Provide Engineering support on the respective processes assigned for new products and other cross functional activities.
- Perform data collection to generation of technical reports for customer product qualification and confirmation.
- Assist in problem analysis to resolve production line trouble in their assigned processes.
- Assist Engineer in process development activities and optimization parameters by conducting DOE and analysis.
- Support prototype related activities, New Product, New Package, New Process and New substrate or Lead frame introduction.
- Assist or writing technical reports for customer product qualification, process evaluation and DOE conducted.
- Perform any other related duties that assigned by the Supervisor.
**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred.
- Independent and self-driven individual.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
**Shift Type / Work Hours**:
Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm
