**Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms and tools for price discovery, client pricing, deal acceptance, and risk management.
- Develop algorithms and tools for detailed analysis of client flow.
- Develop tools for understanding all behaviors in the eFX platform at a detailed level.
- Be responsible for the overall software architecture.
- Collaborate with the IT team on embedding algorithms and techniques in the eFX platform.
- Provide quantitative support to relevant sales and trading staff on a tactical basis.
- Occasionally provide human risk oversight for the systematic risk management engine during Asian trading hours
- Work closely with a team of Traders to help bring new strategies and system enhancements to production.
- Help grow the profitability of the business.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

**Requirements:
- University Degree
- Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification):

- Knowledge of financial markets / trading
- FX knowledge useful
- Strong skills in software design / development
- Hands-on coding experience in Java and some exposure to Python and KDB
- Good understand on Low latency system design and monitoring.
