Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and security architecture, including non-functional aspects such as performance, scalability, reliability, and availability. Collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and fulfill technical requirements. Establish and enforce best practices and standards for microservice development. Lead the development of tools and accelerators to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. Assess emerging technologies to influence service design with considerations like cost, compatibility, and usability. Propose and implement changes to technologies, platforms, and systems to meet customer and operational needs. Drive continuous improvement in technology utilization and platform efficiency. Identify design risks, propose alternatives, and recommend high-quality, scalable solutions. Job Requirements & Skills :-Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience : Minimum 5+ years in backend development, architecture design, and system integration. Technical Skills : Proficient in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot framework. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful and SOAP services. Experience with Java 8+, JUnit, and Cucumber for testing. Familiarity with design patterns and writing clean, maintainable code. Hands-on experience with middleware/messaging technologies like MQ, JMS, Kafka. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with API management tools. Knowledge of deploying Java microservices in Kubernetes environments. Ability to create and define Swagger specifications for REST APIs. Understanding of OAuth token-based authentication protocols. Familiarity with PCI compliance and security coding standards. Experience with MSSQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
