The Senior Executive for Student Experience and Development will play a key role in supporting the team in enhancing the student experience for postgraduate students at NTU. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and contribute to the development and engagement of postgraduate students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative and coordination tasks, streamline processes, data collation and analysis and contribute to the delivery of services that enhance student well-being, development, and overall satisfaction.- Supports the postgraduate student experience by assisting with student engagement and well-being initiatives, coordinating key processes like admissions and placements, and facilitating student services such as career support and wellness programs.- Provide support for student wellness, general administrative assistance, collaborating with other departments, data collating and analyzing and assisting with procurement and logistics.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- Strong interest in student development, engagement, and support services.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across different teams.- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- A proactive “can-do” attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.- Prior experience in working in IHL with postgraduate students will be a plus.
