**Renewal Sales Manager, APAC**

Our client is a global leader in video management software (VMS) and the company behind the open platform VMS solutions.
The Sales APAC department is responsible for delivering customers a world class experience that is personal, straight forward, and consistent.
This customer journey requires agile change in our processes and behaviors to create a great customer experience.
You are going be part of the Sales Leadership team APAC. The team is dynamic with very diverse colleagues. You will drive the sale and renewal of expired software maintenance and support program (Care).
It also gives you the possibility to make decisions, and to drive change together with your colleagues in the other teams.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Delivering on the team operational targets with regards to revenue, supporting high growth requirements and delivering continuous improvement in quality and faster resolution.
- People leadership ensuring employee growth and motivation by weekly 1:1, coaching, team meetings and defined individual development plans to make the best workplace.
- Setting and driving the ambition of business process maturity within the team to build scalability, better onboarding for new employees and identification of process optimization and of automatization possibilities. Work closely with colleagues in the Americas and EMEA to ensure alignment and exploration of synergies and growth opportunities.
- Build and develop a reliable reporting setup to track activities and results, manage leads and campaign activities based on a long-term approach.
- Working closely together with internal stakeholders to develop and improve internal systems and ensure high data quality.
- Combine data insights and business acumen to pinpoint areas where we should, and need focus our efforts and ensure a datacentric best practice approach to reach targets.
- Communicating and take proactive responsibility to ensure a close relationship with other EMEA sales teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in marketing, communication, business admin, or business.
- At least 5 years sales experience and /or strong background in sales.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports, datacentric.
- High level of understanding of data processes in Sales.
- Strong communicator and strong Stakeholder Management skills.
