**About the Job**

We are looking for an organised and agile intern to manage Coco & Eve’s Influencer Gifting programme, which spans globally You love all things “beauty” and “social” and know exactly which content creators and talents are currently trending on TikTok. You’ll be on the frontline of our social media strategies, building and maintaining relationships with a variety of influencers.

For this internship, we are ideally looking for an intern who can join the team in April 2025 and commit full-time for 6 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in building the Coco & Eve Organic Community and ‘always on’ Gifting Campaign with a TikTok first strategy
- Managing daily communication with a large number of micro to macro influencers - must have professional communication skills to represent Coco & Eve team
- Pinpointing which influencers are viable to work with based on certain KPIs
- Search for new faces and influencers within top regions to bring the brand to new audiences
- Tracking the campaign progress and reporting in weekly brand meetings on learnings and KPIs
- Advanced planning for organic content to be delivered on time, in-line with campaigns.
- Tracking content posting and performance metrics
- Monitoring participant responses, selecting standout profiles, coordinating product send-outs from participants willing to take part in TikTok Creative Challenge
- Assist with general administrative tasks for the Influencer Management Team

**Requirements**:

- 1 internship with relevant work experience is a plus
- Great people skills
- Ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing
- Positive thinking, cheerful, fun-loving character
- Organised and proven attention to detail
- A working knowledge of major social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Analytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign results
