Corporate Gifting Assistant (Alcohol Gifting • Premium Packaging • Corporate Clients) Position Overview The Corporate Gifting Assistant supports the creation, coordination, and fulfilment of premium alcohol gift sets for corporate clients. This role involves assisting sales with client requests, preparing customised gifts, managing packing workflows, liaising with the warehouse, and ensuring every gift set meets luxury quality standards. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands‑on work with packaging and presentation. Key Responsibilities 1. Gift Preparation & Assembly Prepare and assemble alcohol gift sets. Ensure premium presentation quality: box arrangement, sleeves, ribbons, stickers, fillers, and protective packing. Assist with customisation work (brand stickers, tags, sleeves, message cards, engraving coordination). Maintain high standards of aesthetics and consistency across all gift sets. 2. Corporate Order Support Assist the Corporate Sales team with order processing and packaging requirements. Prepare item lists, packing lists, and quantity checks for corporate bulk orders. Organise and pack personalised sets based on client specifications. Check stock availability and coordinate with warehouse for item collection. Label and sort orders for delivery and ensure accuracy before dispatch. 3. Coordination & Logistics Work closely with warehouse on inbound stock, picking, packing, and delivery timelines. Assist with arranging deliveries, courier pickups, or event send-outs. Ensure fragile items are packed securely for transport. Track outgoing orders and maintain proper documentation. 4. Administrative Support Update internal sheets: order lists, gift inventory, and packaging materials stock. Help with simple customer enquiries regarding lead times, packaging options, and customisation. Organise digital files for client artworks, labels, and packaging templates. Assist in preparing visual mockups or photos for sales team (optional but useful). 5. Quality Control Conduct QC checks on products (bottle condition, labels, boxes) before gifting. Check all custom prints (brand logos, corporate stickers, personalised messages). Ensure no missing items in each gift set before sealing. Requirements Skills & Experience Experience in packing, operations, merchandising, or administrative roles preferred. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, email). Comfortable handling premium bottles and fragile goods. Experience in gifting, retail, or FMCG is an advantage but not necessary. Characteristics Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics. Organised and able to work efficiently, especially during peak corporate seasons (Q4). Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions clearly. Enjoys hands‑on, practical work. Good team player who communicates well with sales and warehouse. KPIs Accuracy of gift set preparation. Timeliness of packing and order fulfilment. Minimal errors, missing items, or client returns.
