Working location: Tuas, Singapore
Working days: Mon-Thurs
Working hour: 7.45am-7.45pm/ 7.45pm-7.45am (Change every two weeks)
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to confer with management or subordinate to resolve worker problems complaints or grievances.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees for daily routine of machine schedule, product quantity target, machine breakdown report, raw material control to meet customer requirements as well as meet company goal.
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
- Read and analyze work orders, machine schedules, other records and report to determine the requirements, sequences and to meet engineering goals.
- Maintain ISO9001 and GMP documentation practices to ensure the conformity of the product.
- Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
- Execute improvements activities on the quality and work process efficiency.
- Understand ISO13485 requirements.
Requirment:

- Required language(s): Mandarin (Deal with mandarin speaking customer), English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably someone with supervisory experience.
- iStrong leadership command and good interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge in planning is advantage.
- Strong ability to use logic and reason to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions to manage one own time and the time of others as well as able to give full attention to what other people are saying and adjust actions in relation to others action
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
