Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Conduct onboarding of new recruits
- Plan and execute training programs and activities for team bonding
- Actively participate in meetings, workshops and team events
- Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management
- Assist senior managers in identifying and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies

Job Requirements
- Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
