Singapore WATERLAND SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots swimming pool equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
- Installs,repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on M&E system at customer sites.
- Provides technical training, guidance and assistance to less experienced field service engineers.
- Uses company technical documentation and provide feedback for improvement of the documentation.
- Maintains an assigned installed base, provides primary support, forecasts, customer support meetings and day-to-day communication with the customer.
- Other duties as required.

Basic Requirements:

- Diploma/ITE in Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a Mechanical and Electrical Swimming Pool Industries is a great advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Assist customer in the installation/commissioning of Equipment
- Provide training for all levels
- Provide troubleshooting/preventive measures for the Equipment
- Develop and maintain good relations with customers
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with empathy and understanding of customer needs and business.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision - using good judgement to resolve customer issues and escalates issues according to process.
- In-depth knowledge to technically analyze of M&E system.
