**Solution Architect/PreSales (cloud)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, designing tailored cloud strategies to optimize performance, cost, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver end-to-end cloud adoption solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Alibaba Cloud products (compute/storage/AI) and educate clients on new features while providing product feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; 5+ years in cloud architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Expertise in cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and migration strategies; hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud/AWS/Azure preferred.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong multitasking skills; comfortable in fast-paced environments; open to occasional travel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Alibaba Cloud (ACA/ACP), AWS, or Azure certifications.
- Experience with DevOps/K8s/big data/AI, or industries like fintech/e-commerce.Multilingual proficiency
