**Overview**

CWO is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- **Position**: Account Exec, Salary $2,500 - $3,000 per month.

**Your areas of focus will be**
- Provide day-to-day consultancy and client management through close collaboration to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to track and review all campaign results to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support account lead and teams in conceptualisation, development, and execution of strategic campaigns and/or pitches
- Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.
- Maintain an archive of proposals, performance reports and insights for easy retrieval
- Oversee resource team utilization and assignment of tasks to internal and external teams
- Monitoring of campaign performance and preparation of post-campaign reports

**To succeed in the role, you will need**
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or Advertising. Previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus
- A good understanding of global and industry trends in the **FMCG space**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
- Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate client requirements and provide strategic support and advice accordingly
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
