The appointee must have good interpersonal skills, willing to learn on the job, equipped with positive thinking and is able to handle stress while under pressure, and most importantly, be a team player who can work well with all levels of staff in the Engineering Cluster Operation & Admin Centre (ENGG COAC), School of MAE and various stakeholders.

This position will be part of the School’s Administration Team at the ENGG COAC, providing secretary and administrative support to both ENGG COAC and MAE’s operations. The appointee will undertake the various administrative responsibilities as specified below.

**_Responsibilities: - _**
- Support financial operations, including procurement, for both ENGG COAC and MAE.
- Logistical support for events and activities organized by ENGG COAC and MAE.
- Provide secretarial support to MAE Director.
- Administrative support in the following areas:

- Student development
- Coordination with various stakeholders such as vendors, staff, students, and parents on their enquiries/requests.
- Management of the MAE’s exam room.
- Asset Rep for ENGG COAC and MAE.
- Other administrative duties assigned by ENGG COAC and MAE.

**_Requirements: - _**
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 4 years’ of relevant work experience in providing office administration and support.
- People-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and ready to work as a team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- A good understanding of the procurement process and system (WOG/GEBiz) will be an added advantage.

**Successful applicant will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.**
