We’re looking for ONE DYNAMIC INDIVIDUAL to join our Team
As the personal assistant of the team, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and administrative liaison including verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**. **This role is a TEMP/ PART TIME role to cover someone on Maternity Leave.
- You will be the right hand man, supporting me in both my personal and professional life.
- You will play an important supporting administrative role - filling in of forms, preparing of documentations, follow up with 3rd party vendors etc
- Appointing, preparing for and coordinating all business meetings
- Servicing & transaction of client enquiries, and post-sales follow up

- Has the ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid attention to detail and highly organized
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Min academic qualification - Diploma
