**Admin Assistant**
**Salary**: $1,600 - $2,000
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Timing: 8:30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Kallang Avenue (Lavender/Kallang / Bendemeer MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Creating invoices, purchasing orders, & manage returns.
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
- Process and submit quotations to our customers
- Maintain proper filling systems for all documents, records and reports
- Liaise with warehouse team & logistics team to ensure goods are assembled and to ensure smooth delivery of all orders to customers.
- Submit all orders for accounts billing
- Update inventory and price list
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required
Requirement & Skills
- Possess minimum 'N' or 'O'
- Able to work independently, possess good multi-tasking skill
- Adapt to fast pace environment
- Handle English & Chinese speaking customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
