**Role Description**
This is a leadership full-time on-site role for a Strategic Executive Assistant enroute to the position of Chief of Staff. The role will involve working closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to exploit growth opportunities within and beyond Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
- Work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team to multiply effectiveness and efforts
- Understanding market conditions and industry trends, as well as business operations to inform business marketing and sales strategy
- Strategic Regional Expansion - Taking the lead to analyse and launch different markets in the region.
- In partnership with the leadership team, ensure the successful operation of Mummys Market. Problem solve, create process, and execute on business operations tasks
- Proactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention
- Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation
- Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across team members. Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Local and regional Talent Management - “A” grade talent recruitment and retention focuses on attracting, hiring, and keeping employees who are exceptionally skilled, highly motivated, and a great fit for the company’s culture and goals.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management, Growth, Marketing, Consulting, or similar role
- Monthly to bi-monthly travels will be required
- Experience in launching businesses outside of Singapore
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter who is eager and effective at solving problems
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and relationships
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to project deadlines and identifying areas in need of support
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in building an entrepreneurial skillset and learning about high-growth startup
