**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning Assistance**: Assist the head of the strategic department in formulating the company's medium - and long - term strategic plans. Deeply participate in strategic research projects, collect information on industry trends, policies and regulations, competitors, etc., conduct systematic analysis and collation, and provide strong data support and feasible suggestions for strategic decision - making.
- **Market and Data Analysis**: Continuously track the macro - economic environment, industry trends, and market changes. Use professional analysis tools and methods to identify potential market opportunities and risks. Regularly prepare market analysis reports and industry research reports to provide a basis for strategic adjustments.
- **Project Promotion and Management**: Be responsible for the specific execution and coordination of strategic projects. Develop project plans, clarify project goals, task assignments, and time nodes. Monitor project progress in real - time, promptly solve problems during project implementation, and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- **Cross - departmental Collaboration**: Maintain close communication with various internal departments of the company, deeply understand business status and development needs. Collaboratively formulate strategic implementation plans, promote the effective implementation of strategies in various business segments, and regularly report on the implementation of strategies.
- **Strategic Document Management**: Be responsible for the organization, filing, and storage of strategic - related documents and materials. Establish a complete strategic knowledge management system to facilitate the continuous development of the company's strategic work.
**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors related to economics, management, finance, marketing, etc. are preferred. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- **Work Experience**: More than 10 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, investment analysis, etc. Experience working in the strategic departments of listed companies or large - scale enterprises is preferred. Successful experience in participating in strategic planning and project management is required.
- **Professional Skills**:
- Proficient in professional tools and methods for market research, data analysis, and strategic planning. Have excellent logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, and report writing ability.
- Familiar with industry policies and regulations, have an in - depth understanding of the capital market, and possess keen market insight and strategic vision.
- Proficient in using Office software, especially PPT and Excel, and be able to create high - quality analysis reports and presentation documents.
