Customer Service Executive

**Job Description**:
- Attend to incoming calls and customers’ queries.
- Coordination with Warehouse, Transport Vendors, Carriers and other sub-contractors.
- Schedule Inbound and Outbound Shipment through the warehouse.
- Manage the transportation and warehouse jobs arrangement.
- Monitoring the transportation, transfer, and warehouse activities status.
- Monitoring the Vessel status of any delay or brought forward for transportation reschedule via Portnet.
- Communicate and mitigate with customer / vendors on incident charges that will be and or incurred during operations.
- Ensure proper handling / receiving / releasing of shipping documents to / from Carrier.
- Manage and prepare daily reports on storage / job done.
- Manage and Prepare Timely Invoice / Storage / Job completion summary on a weekly basis.
- Manage Customers’ inventory with accuracy through cycle / stock counts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirement:
- ITE/GCE N/GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma holder with 1-2 year working experience.
- Possess Quality Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of portnet, export/import procedures and customs clearance with TradeNet an advantage.
- Knowledge of petrolchemical product handling will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, independent & good team member
