Singapore PAS People's Association Full time

As Manager (Partnerships & Programmes), you will conceptualise and develop concept, execute strategies and management of community programmes to ‘Aggregate Needs & Resources, Build Capabilities and Connect Communities’.

You will also be required to engage and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Constituency Offices, Grassroots, Community Partners, Corporate Partners, Vendors, etc). Engagements and liaising with members of public may also be expected.

Your duties would also include assisting with Programme Development related to Financial Wellness and Grassroots Engagement. This includes but not limited to financial literacy and other assistance programmes, and supporting grassroots in their outreach efforts to constituents of Central district. You may also be involved in other projects related to Central Singapore CDC or The People’s Association.

The CDC works closely with corporate and community partners to do good. You will need to engage both internal and external stakeholders to strategically achieve the CDC’s key thrusts and goals to build a “Do-Good” district.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of financial wellness programmes for the community will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, as well as in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and Programme Management skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
