As Executive (Partnerships & Programmes), you will lead, manage, and curate programmes to promote Physical Wellness & Sustainability in Central Singapore District by working with partners and/or volunteers to curate and develop meaningful programmes that promote Better Health in Central Singapore District.

Your duties would also include providing support in the areas of Procurement and Administration.

You will also be required to engage and build positive relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Community Partners, Corporate organisations, Schools and IHLs, Grassroots Organisations, Social Service Agencies, etc) to advocate “Eating well, Living well and Thinking Well”, within the Central Singapore District.

The CDC works closely with corporate and community partners to do good. You will need to engage both internal and external stakeholders to strategically achieve the CDC’s key thrusts and goals to build a “Do-Good” district.

Procurement, administrative and programme support
- Assist in all administration and procurement matters for CDC programmes including providing all procurement-related support to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with both internal staff and People’s Association HQ Administration & Procurement Division on procurement-related matters.
- Provide operational and administrative support for assigned CDC programmes including the management of project timelines and assisting the project manager-in-charge in planning and execution of the CDC programmes.
- Assist in outreaching and engaging corporate partners, community partners and the community, including the engagement of residents.
- Collate and maintain databases of information relating to assigned CDC programmes (e.g. ‘Give and Take’ Market, Central Singapore Market)
- Record management and reporting for assigned CDC programmes.
- Gather information and collate data from internal and external stakeholders as required for programmes, reports and meetings.
- To possess a genuine passion and interest in community-based/social support programmes to make a positive impact for the vulnerable groups.

Programme IC
- To manage and execute programme(s) as assigned under the Physical Wellness and Sustainability Pillar (e.g. ‘Give and Take’ Market, Central Singapore Market).
- Perform proper budgeting, tracking and allocation of resources to realise optimal utilization of resources to achieve the programme outcomes and KPIs.
- To work with the Team Leader and Senior Manager to achieve CS CDC wide initiatives and outcomes.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the General Manager/Deputy General Managers.
- Participate in cross-team building initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the areas of Government Administration and Procurement
- Knowledge of 2nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects)
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
