**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the Accounts Department of the Company.
- Oversees the preparation and finalization of the Company’s budget as well as the monthly management reports.
- In charge of the external financial results announcements to the Singapore Exchange, preparation of the Audited annual financial statements as well as the Annual Report.
- Reviews the regulatory reports to regulatory bodies such as Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Manages the cash management of the Company to maximize the returns from the surplus funds and meeting the liquidity needs of the Company at the same time.
- Management of the Singapore Government bonds, treasury bills and MAS bills to meet the minimum liquid assets requirements as well as optimize the returns from these investments within the approved management action trigger limit.
- Keeps abreast of the latest developments in the rules and regulations and ensure procedures are in place to meet the compliance requirements.
- Key lead in the Company’s treasury function and capital management initiatives.
- Key contact person for all enquiries from Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master Degree graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations
- In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, management reporting and month-end closing
- At least 5 years of working experience in management position
