**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with finance professionals within GTO Business Finance, Group/ BU Finance teams and cross Technology functional teams in support of our Group Technology’s objective
- Support the Team lead to drive the annual budget processes/ reviews within prescribed guidelines, target timeline and working alongside with GTO budget coordinators
- Prepare insightful monthly financial performance analysis in terms of cost trends, drivers and variance analysis, in review with our Group Technology Leaders
- Understand cost trends, drivers to produce high quality monthly cost forecast and projections for Group Finance and Group Technology periodic review
- Manage the Technology Cost Allocation process and work with Group Finance, GTO Infrastructure teams to improve/ refine the existing process
- Support the Team lead in partnership with Business T&O Heads to define/refine the Technology Allocation Drivers for Standard Unit Rate development for charge out purposes
- Assist in any ad-hoc requests such as scenario modeling/ IT business case review, regulatory requests as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset, open to new ideas and embrace technology advancement / change and resilient in the face of setbacksA recognized university degree in Accounting and Finance
- CPA / CA professional qualification
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Control, or Cost Accounting & Management
- Experience in a Technology Environment is preferred
- Detailed oriented, able to draw insights from data and good at working with large data sets
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as in teams
- Driven and energetic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
