**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Corporate Real Estate Services**

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal stakeholders in Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to understand their challenges with respect to data and gather, document, perform exploratory data analysis to propose solutions to address them
- Design, build and implement data visualization/ dashboard, data analytics and reports for internal stakeholders to aid in key decision making in property related space
- Develop mechanisms to track savings, measure KPIs and benchmarks arising from initiatives implemented or to be implemented
- Support property related projects & initiatives with a financial perspective.
- Identify and lead projects to drive automation and process improvement, and cost/operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in accountancy, business, statistics or mathematics with background in real estate a plus
- 5-7 years of working experience in similar capacity with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis.
- Proficiency in visualization tools (such as PowerBI)
- Experience with database management and SQL will be useful
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Ability to initiate, drive discussion and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Hands on and able to multi-task and at the same time be an effective team player
