- Your role:
- Are you an expert when it comes to summarizing key messages to management? Do you quickly spot risks, see trends and identify anomalies? Do you naturally look for ways to simplify and enhance processes?
- We’re looking for a Governance, Framework and Reporting Specialist to:
- ensure a robust investigations and violations framework is in place and kept up to date with policies, procedures and appropriate governance
- provide responses to regulatory inquiries, internal and external audit requests
- deliver succinct and timely reporting to various stakeholders, including GEB, Board of Directors Audit Committee, and other management/divisional forums
- support with procedural controls, design communications and training required to maintain our frameworks
- work with agility; supporting team initiatives - develop and innovate
- comfortably interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including the Group Investigations and Employee Conduct management team, Divisional / Functional COO, HR, GL, C&ORC and GIA.

- You’ll be working in the Governance, Framework & Reporting team in London, who are part of Group Investigations & Group Employee Conduct (GI&GEC). The team are responsible for maintaining and developing the global investigations and violations governance framework, its standards and processes, as well as having an oversight, monitoring and reporting role that provides transparency over UBS’s global investigation portfolio and employee conduct related risks. As a Governance, Framework and Reporting Specialist, you’ll play an important role in taking forward our strategy and the teams’ focus on excellence, people, simplification and risk management.
**Your expertise**
- a university degree in any field, preferably with a business or finance background
- reporting experience in a COO, business risk, compliance or regulatory environment
- attention to detail and an interest in analytics and drawing out key messages from data
- motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, to meet deadlines in time pressured situations
