**Working Arrangement**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct investigations in relation to market misconduct matters that are escalated internally, or referred to Manulife directly or from external sources (e.g. MAS and FIDReC).
- Monitor suspicious sales trends in CPFIS churning cases and tabulate statistics for reporting.
- Coordinate and prepare the materials for the Disciplinary Committee’s pre-read and the presentation deck for the Disciplinary Committee meetings on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and prepare the materials for appeals against the disciplinary actions meted out by the Disciplinary Committee.
- Respond to reference check requests for ex-Financial Planners and screenings conducted by other business units.
- Conduct ad-hoc review escalations of potential market misconduct indicators.
- Conduct training on Market Conduct standards to Manulife tied-agency force.
- Participate in corporate or department initiatives or projects, where required, and lead in processes enhancement within the sales compliance team.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma or Degree
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investigation work, preferably in Insurance market conduct area
- 1 to 3 years in the insurance industry
- Possess professional qualifications such as FLMI, Diploma in Life Insurance, CMFAS Exams (M5, M9, M9A, CHI, M8, M8A), Diploma in Financial Planning
- Possess an ethical and tenacious mindset
- Efficient communication, analytical and report writing skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Collaborative attitude/team player
