Job description

1. Maintains the smooth operation of the Front Desk Counter in accordance to the Hotel's SOP and prevailing mandatory requirements.

2. Familiarises with all room types, package plan and room rates.

3. Familiarises with Front Desk's Opera PMS system.

4. Monitors room situation, expected occupancy, VIP arrivals and early check-ins.

5. Maintains a good control of room inventory.

6. Requires to multi-task in all sections of the Front Office.

Job requirement

1. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity.

2. Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
