**Responsibilities**
- Provide psychological assessment and therapy to individuals, both children and adults, who may be experiencing emotional distress and with mental health concerns arising from marital, divorce, parenting or family issues.
- Provide psychological assessment and therapy to help couples, families and individuals to resolve conflict and improve their interpersonal and coparenting relationships.
- Provide assessment and therapy to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioural needs.
- Consult, implement and support programme evaluate efforts.
- Perform administrative duties relevant to clinical practice.

**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications and work experience
- A recognised Masters’ degree in Psychology (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology) from an accredited university. The programme must include a supervised practicum and supervised training in psychological assessments
- Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) (Full Membership) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)

2. Experience
- (preferred) 3 years of relevant experience working with families
- (preferred) Familiarity or prior working experience in the social services sector

3. Other qualities
- Resilient and passionate about individual and family work in the community
- Energised with new set ups and forging of new partnerships
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team
- Fluency in local languages would be an added advantage
