Singapore SMRT TRAINS LTD. Full time

_The Trainee, Learning Management System (LMS) will be responsible for training & educating SMRT superusers & learners on SMRT’s next generation Learning Management System (LMS). S/he will also support the smooth operation of the incumbent LMS by superusers & learners and operationalize the organization’s LMS/EduTech projects.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The duties and responsibilities of Executive, Learning Management System, are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.- _Drive LMS superuser trainings through planning and creation of self-directed learning contents and conduct regular training and engagement sessions for superusers.
- _Provide first level support for LMS queries raised by LMS superusers & learners.
- _Respond to system/ service outages, escalate any availability and functional issues to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
- _Configure & provision LMS/EduTech access and carry out regular user access reviews.

- **Duration of Traineeship Offered: 4 months**
