Hi Job-seeker,

**As a Management Trainee, you will**:

- Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre
- Liaise with HQ, parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters
- Manage a small team of part-time staff to help you achieve the centre’s goals & smoothness of operations
- Learn face-to-face communication skills as part of good customer service
- Learn, manage and execute your assigned business sub-role well

**Working Location**:

- Jurong West, Singapore 649520

**Working Hours and Days**:

- 5 working days a week (Tuesday to Friday - 2:30pm to 9:45pm, Saturday - 9:30am to 7:30pm)
- 41 working hours a week inclusive of mealtime
