**Your role**
- Are you keen on following the markets and working in a global team? Do you have good basic understanding of risk management? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- manage the interest risk risks in banking book arising from GWM loans and deposits;
- manage broad range of risks, including but not limited to trading risk, execution risk, operational risk and compliance risk;
- price a collection of cross valuation adjustments (XVAs) for OTC derivative trades that reflect the counterparty credit risk, own-default risk, funding, capital and margin risk;
- liaise with the sales, trading, and structuring teams in APAC to engage clients on efficient capital and funding products to hedge or optimize the firm's capital and funding;
- work and collaborate with colleagues locally, regionally and globally across different functions to enhance systems and improve processes;
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the ALM Strategy team within Group Treasury in Singapore, which consists of Structural Rates risk management and XVA management. You will primarily be managing the structural interest rate (IR) risk that arises from the contractual and modelled risks from the GWM loans and deposits portfolio in APAC. Banking Book IR risk management seeks to maximize the profitability of the banking book by optimizing the netting capacity and actively managing the inherent interest rate risk transferred to the banking book within the approved risk limits. Additionally, you will be cross trained into other areas of ALM, such as XVA which involves the management of OTC derivative lifecycle from pricing at inception to Maturity/Termination or Default, including optimization of credit Risk Weighted Assets and initial margin requirements.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- background knowledge of Fixed Income and OTC derivatives products, with experience in Interest Rate Risk management;
- prior work experience in a financial industry. Experience in trading, counterparty and interest rate risks management a plus;

You are:
- a critical thinker capable of understanding complex numerical and analytical processes with attention to detail
- a self-starter, as well as a committed team player with good interpersonal skills and enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment;
- able to work under pressure and quickly assess the risk vs. reward of a trade/decision;
- able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken).
