**Your role**
- Are you keen on following the markets and working in a global team? Do you have good basic understanding of funding and risk management?

We’re looking for someone like that who can:

- perform cash management on APAC currencies and funding for APAC entities;
- ensure that UBS and its subsidiaries and businesses are funded in line with the liquidity risk appetite of the Group and maintains internal fund transfer pricing curves;
- contribute to the planning and execution of our global funding strategy through issuance of long and short term debt in the region;
- work and collaborate with colleagues locally, regionally and globally across different functions to enhance systems and improve processes;
- manage broad range of risks, including but not limited to trading risk, execution risk, operational risk and compliance risk;
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Funding Management (FM) team within Group Treasury (GT) in Singapore. Group Treasury is responsible for the execution of Liquidity & Funding risk management as well as managing the risks of the firm's structural Cash, Rates and FX positions to maximize the financial returns generated. GT is part of Group CFO which sits under Group Functions.

The regional FM APAC team spans across 4 locations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. You will be working closely with both the regional and global GT teams, covering global funding responsibilities as well. Additionally, we offer rotation opportunities to juniors in other areas of GT (e.g. ALM Strategy) where you will be cross trained into other areas of ALM to get a holistic view of how GT manages various balance sheet risks.

**Your expertise**
- basic knowledge of Fixed Income and OTC derivatives products e.g. Money Market, FX Swaps
- good understanding of regulatory environment, specifically in funding, capital and liquidity a plus
- prior work experience in a financial industry. Experience in trading and risk management a plus
- a critical thinker capable of understanding complex numerical and analytical processes with attention to detail
- self-starter, as well as a committed team player with good interpersonal skills and enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment
- able to work under pressure and quickly assess the risk vs. reward of a trade/decision
