**Reports to: Supply Chain Manager**

**Summary**:
The Supply Chain Associate is a pivotal role responsible for supporting our supply chain operations. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing and inventory management. This entry-level position presents a unique opportunity for a recent university graduate or an individual with equivalent experience to gain comprehensive knowledge and develop valuable skills within the supply chain sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the procurement of goods and services, including the preparation of purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular inventory audits, maintaining accurate records, and co-ordinating with external warehouses for inbound inventory management as necessary.
- Take charge of forecasting to optimise inventory levels, working towards achieving mínimal days in inventory without disrupting operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing ideas to streamline and enhance supply chain processes.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain metrics, identifying areas of concern and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Show an eagerness to learn, adapt, and face new challenges, always aiming to deliver excellence in your role.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced capabilities with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices is beneficial but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
