We have a diverse supply chain in place, with varying degrees of maturity, to support these markets, including imported product from GPN USA and Europe and co-manufacturing partnerships in China and Australia - this will need to evolve over time to support the growth agenda. Our Supply Chain teams are currently based in the markets - this Operating Model will evolve over time as we scale the regions, and this role is an important first step in building the level of Supply Chain capability we’ll need to deliver our aspirations. It’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain leader to build their function for the future. Scaling the business in a profitable way across Asia-Pacific will require significant strategic and operational change across the Supply Chain. The incumbent will be an experienced Supply Chain and Manufacturing leader, who is passionate about leading operations excellence and scaling the business for the future. The incumbent reports to the VP - Product Supply International.

**The opportunity where you will make an impact**:
Develop and execute a long term supply strategy for the Asia Pacific region.
Full accountability for service and cost delivery for Asia Pacific product supply operations.
Full accountability for end to end planning, S&OP, logistics, procurement and manufacturing across the region.
Build the ‘right’ route to market across the region to support the business strategies. One that balances scale, efficiency, cost and service.
Ensure operational capabilities run efficiently and have the capabilities required to achieve business and profit objectives.
Develop long-term regional capacity plan.
Develop long-term raw material supply strategy and manage relationships with key suppliers and co-mans.
Build world-class S&OP and order management processes for the region. Standardise to one ‘way of working’ across the region and drive key KPI improvement through those.
Leverage the Co-man footprint and partnerships to ensure the most efficient and effective operating model is used.
Select, develop and motivate team members and develop a robust talent pipeline.
Maintain and build entrepreneurial culture while establishing systems, operating processes, and standard ways of working.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate safety and risk management objectives as well as regulatory requirements. Leverage resources to ensure employees are properly trained on both personal and product safety.
Full ownership of Value Chain and optimizing it to keep GPN competitive.
Assists with acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
Is a key member of both the International Product Supply team and the regional in market leadership teams.

**Key KPI’s**: revenue, EBITDA, COGS/unit, OTIF/case fill rate, Out of stocks, SLOBS %, forecast accuracy/bias, consumer complaints.
