**Job Summary**

The Senior Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The Senior Manager, Human Resources will also provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring they are delivering quality services to all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring that they are delivering quality services to all employees.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of the organisation, including identifying key skills and competencies required for each role.
- Oversee the employee onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organisation.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to address areas of concern.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Responsible for HRIS and HR data management
- Manage performance management to reward and retain talents for their contributions.
- Manage staff training and developmental programs to enhance staff competencies and productivity.
- Develop succession plan for key and critical position for business continuity.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education with at least 8 years’ proven record of a HR generalist from service industries.
- Experience in logistics, food & beverage, hospitality, retail or service industry is highly preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proactive, meticulous and analytical with keen business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
