**Position: Admin Assistant
**ADMIN Responsibilities: (Assist HR Manager)
- Apply, Issue, Renew, Cancel of Work Pass via MOM Portal
- Arrange Coretrade / CSOC courses and update to the systems (Dropbox)
- On-boarding / Off-boarding for staff and workers
- Setting up infotech for new staff / workers
- Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned

**IT Responsibilities: (Assist IT Support)
- Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to all users
- Maintain and update IT inventory
- Provisioning and de-provisioning PCs when staff on-board and off-board
- Monitor daily backup
- Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment
- Knowledge of online system (HR System - Infotech / Microsoft / Autocad) is an advantage.
- Assist and renew of licensing
- Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a GCE O Level
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
