**Key Responsibilities**
- **R&D Role: Design new equipment (Handlers & Scanners) according to company needs.**:

- **Project Management: Manage projects with remote teams located across the globe.**:

- **Sourcing & Evaluation: Initiate and coordinate the sourcing, evaluation, benchmarking, and selection of new Test Handler & Finishing equipment.**:

- **Equipment Selection: Drive the equipment model selection process for new products (NPI) required for the Test & Finishing process.**:

- **Frontline Support: Be on the frontline at sites and with suppliers as required to address issues within the job perimeter.**:

- **Cost Savings Initiatives: Define and drive cost-saving initiatives within the Test & Finishing domain.**:

- **Daily Interaction: Interact with Business Units, Quality, and Back-End Manufacturing sites on a daily basis to achieve tasks within the given timeline.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Technical Knowledge: Possess good technical knowledge of Test & Finishing equipment and processes.**:

- **Educational Background: Holds at least an Engineering Bachelor Degree.**:

- **Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.**:

- **Strong Character: Ability to drive projects and overcome obstacles.**:

- **Dynamic and Goal-Oriented: Be smart, dynamic, and goal-oriented.**:

- **Challenger: Be a person that challenges the status quo.**:

- **Communication Skills: Possess good communication and written skills.**:

- **Language Proficiency: Effective communication skills.**:

- **Work Experience: Global work exposure with relevant expertise is an advantage.**:

- **Travel Requirements: Able to travel to overseas countries (outside Asia) upon request.**:

- **Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible, adaptable to needs, and able to make decisions following continuous inputs.**:

- **Computer Literacy: Be computer literate.**:

- **Team Player: Be disciplined, motivated, and willing to work in a team and remotely.**
