**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day-to-day procurement related function and ensure that same carried out within allocated budget. (for 2 Vessels)
- To source for suppliers and issue RFQ requests as per department procedures.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of supplies to vessels.
- Maintain updated purchasing records/data and pricing using the ERP software.
- To process invoices in the system and if necessary, to follow up with accounts to ensure payment in timely manner in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Assist and participate in any other technical task as required in the office, mainly filing and up keep of technical reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar job.
- Result oriented individual.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized & attentive to detail.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
