Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. **Introduction on the role**: The Sr. Regional FP&A Manager, Asia Supply Chain provides financial planning, process improvement and strategic insights for the senior management team at Crocs Inc. This individual will support a spectrum of business activities from independently driving process improvement to leading monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting to collaborating with business partners to drive company profitability and transparency for multiple brands and countries within the Asia region. **What will you do?** **Business Partner with Asia Business and Supply Chain Team** - Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial finance teams to provide strategic insights on P&L impact of decisions made to drive the business - Build detailed financial models used for supply chain planning that provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership - Create KPI baseline and implement tracking for 3PL partner performance to help the Supply Chain team hold business partners accountable to delivering results - Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support network optimization and find operational efficiencies **Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis**: - Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of Crocs Inc Supply Chain performance including comparison to budget, forecasts, and prior year for all countries within Asia - Manage budgeting processes including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and interim outlooks for Asia region for multi-brand 3PL distribution network - Help improve and simplify standard costs allocation for multi-channel 3PLs - Partner with the accounting team to create and support processes that simplify and increase the accuracy of monthly and quarterly close - Gather information across multiple systems with potentially ambiguous data to drive actionable insights **Leadership**: - Establish strong, collaborative working relationships with various teams and 3PL partners across Asia - Generate materials for and communicate results to senior leadership **Who are you?** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting, MBA a plus - 9+ years of related work experience across multiple markets in Asia - Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis - Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and eager to learn - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI - Working knowledge of GAAP - Work across multiple time zones balancing time across Asian countries, including Australia as well as US based time zones **What do we offer?** - A job within a unique environment with a 'startup dynamic' under the umbrella of a fast growing and solid global brand. - A hybrid role, fair salary and a bonus opportunity. - Fun workplace, innovating working environment. - Paid holidays. - Discount on the most comfortable shoes in the world. - Our great training curriculum with a global eLearning platform offers you a lot of room for personal growth to get a little bit better every day. - And so much more Sounds pretty amazing right?
