**STRATEGIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

Carlsberg is scaling a proven Dynamics 365 template, initially developed for China, to all the markets in Asia. This role plays a critical part in driving regional digital transformation. The Dynamics 365 Supply Chain product owner will serve as the strategic lead for shaping, implementing, and optimizing Supply Chain solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. The role ensures that digital capabilities are aligned with business priorities, enhances operational efficiency, and supports Carlsberg’s long-term growth and standardization agenda across the region.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Market Requirements Analysis**:

- Conduct, with the implementation partner, thorough assessments of market and business requirements for the Supply Chain domain.
- Ensure all requirements are complete, clearly documented, and reflect the needs of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to sign-off requirements and align them with group standards.

**Solution Design and Architecture**:

- Validate the design for robust and scalable Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance with best practices.
- Approve detailed design specifications and documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Identify and address any potential gaps in requirements or system capabilities, escalating issues to the Operational Committee, as necessary.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Engage with internal teams, including Supply Chain, IT, and operations, to gather input and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.

**Leadership and Guidance**:

- Provide technical leadership by sharing best practices and guiding teams in solution development and implementation.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Supply Chain solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and perform effectively.
- Implement continuous improvement practices based on user feedback and system performance metrics.

**Decision Escalation**:

- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and escalating any issues or deviations to ensure timely resolution and alignment with project goals.

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**

The role requires approximately 30% travel.
