Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and track the service Key Performance Indicators (i.e. TAT performance, complaints, responsiveness to enquiries) from general enquiries, sample receipt, sample registration, report release, customer complaint to AR collection.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely deliver of KPIs and constantly drive for service improvement
- Escalate to account manager whenever any gaps observed and assist in closing the gaps
- Assisting customers with enquiries about testing services and requests for information in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Working with account manager and the operations teams to retrieve and compile responses and / or resolve enquiries for customers in an efficient manner
- Proactively maintain current customer relationships by outbound calling to customers on a regular basis and scheduling tasks for follow up with customers when required
- Complete management and customer KPO reports as required, accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Focus on continuous service improvement and positive customer experience as well as exploring ways to exceed customer expectations.
- Forward any leads to Account Managers for follow-upRequirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Customer relationship management; Ability to quickly and easily develop working relationships with customers and other stakeholders
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Efficient time management skills to stay focused on primary business objectives and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
