**About the role**

We are looking for an exceptional **Customer Service**professional to join our team at **MARINET SERVICES PTE LTD'**. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to our valued clients. This **full-time**role is based in the **Tuas West Region**.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, professional and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
