**Responsibilities**:

- Work on corporate development projects - JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, Strategy development,

commercial viability, new business development at the corporate and business unit level
- Involvement in technical work i.e reviewing due diligence reports on financial, tax, legal and technical

matters, M&A project management, review of documentation, completion and integration arrangements.

Able to translate the issues identified into structuring, valuation and negotiation solutions.
- Work along the senior management, C-suite and head of team in competitive bid processes. Work with

other internal stakeholders to execute and bring deals to a close
- Conduct financial modelling to assess / support investment decisions, regional businesses and acquisitions;
present financial analysis to key stakeholders
- Participating in meetings and maintaining continual interactions with clients, potential targets/buyers and

other professional firms
- Leading preparations of proposals and discussion materials
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, valuation, industry research and target/buyer search
- Preparing information memorandums and management presentations
- Facilitating due diligence processes
- Supporting negotiations and closing procedures

Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business management, accounting or finance
- M&A experience in Corporate Finance/ advisory firms/ buyside/ other corporate firms in their

internal M&A or Corporate Development team / project finance / investment banking
- Knowledge in both buy-side and sell-side M&A activities.
- Sector experience in energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, oil & gas will be advantageous
- Able to build financial models, around relevant work experience
- Past experience in an environmental engineering firm dealing with EPC & Investment projects will be beneficial
