**The Challenges**
You will play a key role in driving, developing and managing the departments under your charge to deliver patient-centric and cost-effective healthcare for our patients. You will have two roles: manage selected key functions in operations and projects, and improve the hospital's operations to create better value for our patients. You will be involved in strategic and process planning, resource and project management, operations control and quality improvement. In addition, you will work closely with clinicians and various key stakeholders in implementing and reviewing key hospital initiatives.**The Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree with at least 12 years of experience in managing operations in a large organisation. Previous experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Experience in leading a team is a must. A strategic, creative thinker and is results-oriented
- Is patient-care focused with an interest for quality and process improvement
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
