Brand and product are both a core critical function at Sustenir in powering our vision. A single plant is nurtured through many different hands, all with the same goal: to ensure the best growth of our greens for people and planet. The **Product and Brand Manager **will play a crucial role in expanding the Sustenir brand and developing the product portfolio of our business.
You will be responsible for aligning and executing assigned brand plans in line with the brand strategies and the overarching strategic framework of Sustenir. This includes ensuring high-quality, timely, ethical, and cost-effective implementation to drive short
- and long-term brand growth and surpass assigned portfolio forecast growth projections.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and an indirect reporting to General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to and Supplier management team to developing and managing our product portfolio and brand strategy.
**In This Role You Will (Main Responsibilities)**:
- **Product Management**:Lead Sustenir’s portfolio strategy across its markets, including existing and new range across all categories, which includes fresh produce and value-added products. This includes owning product mix and channel strategy that are based on consumer insights. Establish market development plan and business case for product lines by managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing strategies, packaging design, and promotional activities.
- **Brand Strategy**:Be the voice of the consumer and be at the forefront of insights that could be implemented to capture growth opportunity. Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance Sustenir's market positioning and brand equity. Define brand messaging, values, and visual identity to resonate with target consumers. Together with the marketing manager, be the driving force behind all Sustenir’s marketing activities nationally and regionally to increase Sustenir’s brand footprint locally and across the region and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Partner with teams to curate opportunities in our aggregation, fresh & functional lines that will deliver value and new revenue streams to business.

**Who you are (Traits)**:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or brand management, preferably in the food/agriculture industry
- Incubator brand building experience is a bonus
- Genuine interest and passion for our mission
- Clear track record of results delivery, building winning plans and excellence in execution
- Ideally experienced in operating and executing in both retail and food service channels
- Strong analytical skills to use marketing and sales data to improve marketing performance and generate sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be energetic and hands-on to take on new and challenging tasks and to have worked well with very limited resources and a strong sense of accountability
- Independent team member who is able to manage your own timelines and deliverables within tight timelines
- Ability and maturity to take decisions and make recommendations on marketing and sales
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in product development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the food and fresh produce industry.
- Strong understanding of the food and fresh produce industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
